Introduction

This paper is a new type of ambulance cradle bed which can be applied to special vehicles such as medical rescue. This stretcher bed mechanism has two upper and lower beds, on the stretcher bed through a four-bar mechanism to achieve lift, to facilitate the upper and lower sick and wounded. Compared with the traditional ambulance cottage, this stretcher bed mechanism more effective use of the interior space, can transport more sick and wounded. In the physical prototype test found that when the stretcher lying on the bed when the sick and wounded, to achieve on the stretcher bed lift is very difficult. After preliminary analysis found that this is mainly because the spring design and layout unreasonable. In this paper, ADAMS \ View is used to parameterize the parameters of the top dead center, stiffness and minimum support force of the spring, and the main influence parameters are found. Finally, the ADAMS \View optimization function is used to optimize the parameters.
