If you are unable to sit in the upright position during the take-off and landing of the aircraft, you may submit an application for the stretcher service.

Information for flight

If you need to book stretcher service, please apply within the following time limit to our flights directly to the originating ticketing department to apply, after we arrange for carriage:

(1) the United States, Canada routes, please flight 48 hours before departure (inclusive) made.

(2) In addition to the United States, Canada routes other than routes, please flight 3 days before departure (not including the date of departure).

To ensure your safety on the trip, arrange for at least one adult traveler or medical staff 18 years of age or older to accompany you.

Only one stretcher can be accommodated per flight. Our stretcher equipment will be in economy class.

Please check-in at the check-in counter at least 180 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

Medical certificate

Please provide us at the time of purchase to the county level or two Class A or above hospital medical certificate. The medical certificate should be issued not earlier than 10 days before the earliest flight date (excluding the day of departure). Upon check-in, a medical clearance permitting boarding must be issued within 24 hours of the flight departure.

Applicable fares and taxes

(1) All domestic, international and regional routes, to receive economy class normal fare (Y cabin fare) 12 times the ticket.

(2) apply for a stretcher service for children or infant passengers, fares with adult stretcher passengers.

(3) A passenger who applies for a stretcher service shall pay a fuel surcharge at a multiple of the fare, and the other tax shall be charged twice.

Rescheduling and Refund

If you request a rescheduling or refund before departure, we can do it for you free of charge. No change or refund will be granted after the flight is taken off.

Free baggage allowance

The free baggage allowance for passengers on the stretcher shall be 60 kg, and the length, width and height of each baggage shall not exceed 100 cm, 60 cm and 40 cm;

The free baggage allowance shall be 3 pieces per piece, and the sum of the three sides of each baggage shall not exceed 158 cm.
