Development of Adjustable Backrest Wheel Stretcher Rescue

Abstract：A new adjustable backrest wheel stretcher for disaster rescue is developed according to the disaster rescue situation. It can realize the rapid transfer to patients,can be used for some patients not propitious to lie low by new angle adjustable backrest. Through manufacturing and using,the product has characteristics including convenient operation,quick rescue,saving time and effort, and so on, especially for disaster emergency rescue when the rescue vehicles can＇t arrive at the disaster site.

1 Development Background

In recent years, mining accidents, earthquakes, outdoor distress, fires, traffic accidents and other disasters open accidents occur frequently, serious harm to people's lives and safety, cause many families and social tragedy. In the disaster site, rescue mode is the most commonly used artificial hand-carried, namely the use of a stretcher and ambulance combination. However, when some of the disaster, due to geographical conditions, traffic congestion and other effects, and sometimes difficult to achieve on-site ambulance, because many of the wounded did not receive timely emergency rapid transit, while on his way to rescue point or hospital lost valuable life. Therefore, the existing rescue situation, developed a new rescue stretcher adjustable backrest for easy transfer of disaster relief, but also can be used for some wounded lying on the stretcher does not fit the occasion.

2 Product Structure

Figure l-based new rescue stretcher structure diagram. Among them, Figure l (a) is the owner of the new rescue stretcher schematic structural view; Fig l (b) is a new rescue stretcher a top view; Fig. L (c) is a new rescue stretcher adjustable backrest structure diagram.

Shown in Figure l, the new rescue stretcher and the stretcher body 3 for supporting the stretcher body 3 stretcher support legs 2, each support leg is attached to the bottom of the 2 1 caster, caster 1 can easily stretcher car transfer, and with self-locking feature, turn on the self-locking braking stretcher when required. On the stretcher stretcher body 3 is mounted armrest 5, the new adjustable backrest 4, 9 and stretcher pads backrest support connecting rod 6, the body on the stretcher 3 and 4 have a new backrest cloth stretcher 7 and 8 respectively backrest cloth.
