The air spring test was carried out on an Instron 5865 tensile press. The air spring is connected with the inflatable pump through the pneumatic joint and the pipeline, and the air pressure gauge is added in the air way to display the air pressure value in the air spring.

The test procedure is to compress the air spring to the design height and apply the initial pressure p0 to disconnect the air source. The exciter applies sinusoidal displacement excitation to the upper end of the air spring, record the load signal through the lower force sensor, change the initial air pressure P0, Record the different air pressure, amplitude and frequency of the force and displacement signal. The dynamic stiffness is calculated by the force-displacement curve of the air spring.
