Abstract:According to the demands of real estate business and households in today’ s society containable stretcher elevator, this paper illustrated the necessity of residential building elevator improvement of corresponding function, and from the realistic feasibility and energy saving and environmental protection point of view, put forward the ideas setting containable stretcher in ordinary residential, provided scientific basis for elevator reconstruction in future existing buildings.
